We are PC Building Services Ltd, a family-run business established in 1984. Based in South Leicestershire, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality building projects, whether residential or commercial. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and service is at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with local architects and structural engineers, ensuring we can provide a comprehensive service from initial consultation to project completion.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including residential extensions, house renovations, new build homes, external landscaping works, and property renovations. For larger projects, we can work under contract with an architect overseeing the project. Our experience also covers work on older properties, and we have a proven track record in delivering projects successfully while maintaining good communications with our clients.

Residential Building Projects

In the residential sector, we have undertaken various projects such as house extensions, renovations, new build homes, and external landscaping works. We understand the importance of good communication between us and the customer, especially when works are ongoing whilst the house is occupied. Our experience includes working on 1 and 2 storey house extensions, house renovations, and new build homes.

Commercial Building Projects

We also undertake commercial building contracts, including refurbishments of buildings, improvements, and factory building/refurbs. One notable example is the refurbishment of the Zizzi building and offices in Market Harborough, which was a 1 million project completed using our own workforce and contracted trades. Currently, we are working on a comprehensive factory refurbishment locally.
