Services
Residential Architecture
We design bespoke homes that reflect each clients vision and site constraints. Our expertise in planning processes and deepretrofit techniques ensures smooth approvals and energyefficient outcomes. Clients benefit from threedimensional modelling and virtual reality walkthroughs that clarify design intent before construction.
Commercial Projects
We create inclusive community facilities and commercial spaces that foster social wellbeing. Our collaborations with charities and public bodies integrate accessibility, safety and sustainable materials. Deliverables include designbuild packages that unlock funding, achieve high planning success rates, and provide longterm community impact.
Sustainability Design
We adopt a fabric first approach to create lowenergy, green buildings. Our portfolio includes Passive Haus retrofits, zerocarbon integrations and deepretrofit solutions for diverse sites. Clients receive affordable, carbonreduced designs that meet regulatory standards, enhance occupant wellbeing, and reduce operational costs over the buildings life.
Planning Assistance
We guide clients through complex planning applications from initial brief to final approval. Our proven success with listed GradeII, SSSI and conservation area projects minimises delays. The result is timely permission that safeguards project timelines, protects budgets and provides peace of mind.
Virtual Reality
We employ immersive virtual reality to visualise designs at every project stage. Clients can explore threedimensional spaces, assess lighting and spatial flow before construction. This technology reduces change orders, accelerates approvals and enhances client confidence by providing a realistic experience of the finished environment.
