Our team is led by Director Lori Pinkerton-Rolet, who is a Past President of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) and a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

• FF&E Specifications & Budgets: We work to our clients' budget and developed schedules are produced for their sign-off. All furnishings are evaluated for quality, durability, and value for money, ensuring the end result meets their requirements.

• Tender & Construction Design Detailing: Our experienced designers produce detailed design drawings for the tender and construction stages. From joinery packages to electrical layouts, our input ensures the vision for the project is met.

• Presentation & Visualisation Packages: Concept sketches and mood boards help refine the client brief and concept development. We then produce sample boards and visualisations of the proposed designs, enabling our clients to picture the completed project.

• Procurement: With over 20 years of experience, we have excellent relationships with leading suppliers and benefit from preferential trade terms, ensuring our clients receive competitive pricing. Our experienced procurement team manages and schedules the ordering process from start to finish.

• Installation: Our committed installation team coordinates the fit-out from furniture placement and soft furnishings to placing accessories. Our attention to detail and organisation ensures a seamless hand-over to our clients with award-winning and unique results.
