Business Details
We began operating in April 2003, and we have gone from strength to strength ever since. In November 2012, we were the second carpet cleaning company in the UK to be awarded TrustMart Status. Following this in February 2017, we became the first cleaning company in the country to be awarded the prestigious National Trading Standards Approved Status. Our owner, Martin, has spent years developing a unique rug cleaning system for antique rugs which cleans effectively whilst retaining their antique appearance. Martin is also an independent Woolsafe Approved Carpet Inspector. Furthermore, he is a senior member and former director of the National Carpet Cleaning Association.
As a forensic cleaner, Martin also specialises in biohazard cleaning. We specialise in carpet cleaning, stone floors, regular communal flat cleaning, odour and virus removal. We always conduct a full survey on all carpets to assess the correct product required for maximum cleaning results without causing damage. We pride ourselves on maintaining complete transparency with our clients regarding our terms and conditions. Our commitment to professional standards ensures we deliver exceptional results for every single client.
