Investing in Our Workforce

Angus Dec is deeply committed to nurturing the skills of its workforce. Collaborating closely with the CITB and local colleges, we offer a comprehensive four-year apprenticeship program to numerous skilled painters and decorators. This ensures all operatives and staff members receive thorough training, covering essential areas such as NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, IPAF, MEWPS, First Aid, annual H&S refreshers, and IT development. This investment in training reflects our dedication to providing the highest standard of service and maintaining a safe and skilled workforce.

Community Engagement

At Angus Dec, we actively support a number of community initiatives. We generously contribute excess painting materials to local schools, colleges, clubs, including the Council Homeless Unit, and participated in the recent refurbishment of the CAFE Project.
