Bensleys Timber Maintenance Company has been preserving properties in Brighton & Hove City and Sussex for over 30 years. Our family-run business has been providing high-quality damp proofing, timber preservation, and structural repairs to our clients. Established in 1986 in the Brighton area, we have built a reputation for being experts in the field of damping proofing, timber preservation, and structural repairs. Our team consists of qualified surveyors who will carry out an initial survey inspection and, if necessary, submit a fully detailed written report including any recommendations and estimates - usually within 24-48 hours. After this, if you'd like us to carry out the work - and if necessary - Bensleys will follow up reports with all relevant British Standard requirements, conforming to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations and Health and Safety Executive Legislation.

Treatments will be carried out as per the recommendations of the Surveyor's report by Bensleys' fully trained, experienced operatives and plasterers. Our team is dedicated to providing property preservation from the heart of Sussex, and we are proud of the work we do.
