At The Address Interiors, we specialise in bespoke luxury residential property for private clients and leading developers in the UK and worldwide. Formed by Lina Pankhania, the studio has grown steadily and gone from strength to strength in delivering luxurious and seamless architectural designs from concept through to completion. We offer a highly personalised and versatile service, and pride ourselves in our signature timeless style combining luxury and comfort, adding our personal touches along the way.

Our Services

Our aim is to create timeless interiors with our signature style. Our team of designers work closely with clients to ensure the process from concept to completion is both seamless and to the requirements and brief. Our stages are split into the following:

• The Brief

This is the stage where we establish the client's desired goals for the project, their style, likes and dislikes to get a better understanding of the look they want to achieve. We carry out some more research through a site visit, looking at the current dimensions with floorplans, and any pictures and photographs that may help us learn more about the project. We will also discuss the budget and timescales we will be working towards.

• The Concept

After considering the brief, budget and goals for the project from the previous stage we will go away and produce concept drawings and mood boards with what we have interpreted from the client. This can involve scaled drawings, furniture layouts, proposed finishes and any suggested structural changes and joinery details. At the end of this stage the final tweaks will be made to finalise the concept.

• The Finer Details

Once all the concepts are approved from the client, we will go on to finalise the finer details of the project including all final joinery, furniture designs and accessories. We will produce detailed drawings were required for the clients approval. Detailed costings will be discussed.

• The Installation

Work will commence on-site with the relevant contractors and sub-contractors. We will monitor the installation closely with regular site visits and communicate these to our client. Once installation is completed, we will do our snagging list to ensure any tweaks that need to be made are efficiently completed.
