P3 Architectural Services has been established for over 10 years, providing a professional architectural service in Surrey, Hampshire, and London. Our experienced team has strong links with the planning departments of many local authorities, allowing us to obtain planning approvals for small residential schemes, new build houses, multiple housing schemes, and large commercial proposals.

Our Process
At P3, we offer an end-to-end service, guiding our clients through the entire process from initial consultation and quote to support during the build. We aspire to provide a seamless service, providing advice to secure planning permission and using our expertise to support a solid build.
Our process is divided into five stages:
1. Initial Consultation: An initial meeting to discuss requirements and potential opportunities/constraints on the development, followed by clarification of the design brief and scope of works.
2. Existing Measured Surveys: Conducted to ensure accurate designs and elevations.
3. Concept Design: Sketch outline proposals based on the initial design brief, exploring further design ideas and discussing feasibility, budget, and planning.
4. Submission of Planning Submission: Finalising detailed proposals for submission, validating the application, and acting as client agent throughout the process.
5. Building Regulation Approval: Ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining necessary approvals for the project.
P3 Land
We work closely with private individuals, property developers, and commercial teams at the land acquisition stage, carrying out schematic designs and feasibility studies for single or multiple unit development sites. Our extensive links to local planning departments, private investors, established property developers, and a vast team of property professionals enable us to advise on maximising development potential on land.
