At CSW Groundworks, our journey began with a passion for construction and a commitment to delivering excellence. Our Director, Mr. Williams, began his career in the industry straight from school at sixteen, eager to learn the intricacies of the building trade. He dedicated four years to honing his skills while working with a respected company in Exeter, diligently studying to become a fully qualified Civil Engineer. Armed with this knowledge and experience, he established CSW Groundworks at the young age of twenty-two, driven by a vision to provide exceptional groundworks and civil engineering services to clients in Exeter and the surrounding South West region.

Mr. Williams's years of experience working alongside industry experts instilled in him the importance of providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
