Services
Plastering Services
We offer comprehensive plastering solutions, including internal and external work, rendering, and specialist finishes like ThistlePro DuraFinish and Magnetic Plaster. Our services cater to domestic and commercial properties, ensuring durable, high-impact resistance surfaces. With expertise in traditional and modern techniques, we deliver finishes suitable for high-traffic areas and interactive spaces.
Damp Proofing
Our damp proofing services address rising damp, condensation, and basement waterproofing using Sovereign Chemicals' Heydi Tanking System. We install protective barriers to prevent moisture ingress, treat hygroscopic salts, and provide guarantees for long-term protection. Solutions are tailored for residential and commercial structures, including basements and cellars.
Timber Treatments
We specialise in dry rot, wet rot, and woodworm treatments using Sovereign Chemicals' approved products. Our methods include fungicidal solutions and deep-penetrating pastes to eradicate decay and insect infestations. Treatments are suitable for structural timbers and joinery in domestic and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Masonry Treatments
Our masonry water repellents protect porous brickwork and stone from weather damage and freeze-thaw cycles. Using Sovereign Weather-Check and Aqua-Chek products, we apply treatments that enhance durability while allowing substrates to breathe. Services cover domestic and commercial properties, including exposed gable ends and historic buildings.
Rendering
We provide traditional and advanced rendering systems, including Alpine, Tyrolean, and K Rend finishes. Our renders offer waterproofing, decorative aesthetics, and low-maintenance solutions for external walls. Systems are designed to improve structural longevity while meeting architectural requirements for modern and heritage properties.
