Residential Extensions
We design contemporary residential extensions that enhance family living spaces while respecting historical contexts. Our approach combines modern materials with traditional aesthetics to create seamless connections between old and new structures. Projects often feature large-format glazing, sustainable materials, and innovative layouts that maximise natural light and outdoor integration.
Heritage Renovations
Specialising in heritage renovations, we preserve architectural character while introducing modern functionality. Our expertise includes working with Grade II listed buildings, Conservation Areas, and Green Belt locations. We employ sensitive design solutions that maintain historical integrity while meeting contemporary living standards through careful material selection and contextual design.
New Home Design
Our new home designs blend contemporary architecture with rural vernacular influences. We create energy-efficient dwellings that respond to their landscapes using natural materials like cedar cladding and zinc roofing. Each design prioritises open-plan living spaces, sustainable construction methods, and integration with surrounding environments while respecting local planning constraints.
Sustainable Architecture
We integrate sustainable principles throughout our projects, from material selection to energy-efficient design. Our approach includes passive solar design, green roofs, and locally sourced materials. We aim to create buildings that minimise environmental impact while enhancing occupants' well-being through biophilic design elements and long-term ecological responsibility.
Planning Consultancy
We provide expert planning consultancy for complex projects in sensitive locations. Our services include navigating Green Belt restrictions, Conservation Area requirements, and listed building consents. We work closely with local authorities to achieve approvals for contemporary designs that respect historical contexts while meeting modern needs.
