Our team comprises experienced professionals, including Rebecca Adams, a director at SA Architecture, who has extensive experience in domestic projects, including listed buildings. Spencer Adams, the founder of SA Architecture, has a rich portfolio of projects, ranging from a 133-bedroom country house hotel to designing and building a writers' riverside studio. Rebecca has also led projects such as the refurbishment of a Grade I listed building and the design of a country house for an art collector. Louise Litchfield, an interior architect, has worked on numerous prestigious projects, including the Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall and high-end residential projects across the UK.

Our Services

New Builds: We work closely with clients and planning authorities to achieve the maximum potential for each project. With experience working within conservation areas and with listed buildings, we have obtained planning permission for new build houses in London, Surrey, and Cornwall.

Extensions: Whether our clients wish to reorganise their existing space, extend upwards, outwards, or downwards, we can provide expert guidance and support. We can work on the whole project or individual elements, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Refurbishments: From small-scale projects, such as garden rooms and cafes, to large-scale refurbishments, our team has the expertise to tackle any project. We have experience working on hotel refurbishments, and our small, versatile team is always up for a challenge.
