Our Story
Founded in 2004 by Sean and Meiling Cochrane, Cochrane Design has established itself as a multi-award-winning design studio, providing a comprehensive design, architecture, and development service for private clients, developers, hoteliers, and investors throughout the UK and abroad. With offices in London, Hastings, and Los Angeles, we have achieved international notoriety working on numerous residential, commercial, hotels, hospitality, and development projects.
Our Team
Our team is led by Sean Cochrane, who heads up the London and Hastings offices and oversees all UK and European projects. With a global experience that spans across South Africa, Australia, USA, and Europe, Sean has an innate understanding of the global property market. Meiling Cochrane, co-founder, is now spearheading the new LA office, bringing her expertise and passion for design to the American market.
