Testing and Inspections

Our Perodic Inspection Reports (PIRs) include a visual inspection and test of the electrical installation in the property, together with an NIC EIC Periodic Inspection Report. This report highlights any items that do not meet current regulations and recommends any works required to bring the installation up to current standards.
