I had been meaning to replace my old patio doors for ages, but I didn't know where to start. My mate Dave suggested Bifolding Door Factory, as hed recently had a fantastic experience with them. I needed something durable and stylish that wouldnt break the bank. The team were incredibly helpful, guiding me through their Schuco range and explaining the benefits of each model. I opted for the Schuco ASS70FD, and the installation was a breeze. The bifold doors have transformed my space, letting in so much natural light and making my home feel more open. First class product and well installed. FENSA inspectors very satisfied by the quality of the doors and the standard to which they were fitted.
There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way with the installation dates. The first attributed to myself being on holiday in the wilds of Scotland with no phone signal & getting the installation date confirmation too late. Staffing issues behind later arrangements.
Still all in all ..........Very satisfied.

We visited the Alcester showroom and the guys there answered all our questions and were very accommodating. They explained everything really well as we had no idea what we were looking at or what all the options meant. The lead time was slightly longer than hoped but they installed the doors inline with the time we were given at point of sale so were very happy!

We had a good experience with the team. Very patient during the quoting process (as we kept changing our minds). We struggled deciding between the different products on offer and whenever we spoke to someone they were knowledgeable and we never felt we were being upselled like we unfortunately did with some other companies. We eventually went with the decision to go with the smarts visofold 6000 and we are over the moon with them. Really well made doors which are looking forward to making use of! Thank you all.

Our bifolds were installed a couple of years ago and we were starting to have trouble locking the main door. Called the office who advised the doors had likely dropped where the build had started to settle. I had contact a few days later with a proposed service date which we accepted. The doors were adjusted and they are now functionally correctly like new!
