We operate within the commercial refurbishment and maintenance sector using direct labour and trusted specialist subcontractors where required. Our skilled and efficient staff prides themselves on the reputation for supplying a very honest and professional service to all our clients, with a quality assurance system assessed to ISO 9001-2015 since 1996. SPS Painting Contractors Ltd are able to provide clients with the security they require regarding the quality of the completed works.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including professional roofing services for traditional and single ply roofs, painting and decorating services that include experience in the application of specialist coatings such as hygienic and intumescent coating, project management from planning through to completion, and commercial flooring services. We also provide a professional Building Refurbishment service, ranging from listed buildings, MoD properties, and medical facilities. Additionally, we offer hygienic coatings for hospitality, health, and scientific purposes.

Projects

Our business spans across the south of the UK, ranging from building maintenance on MoD Properties, NHS sites, Emergency service estates, and Commercial buildings. We pride ourselves in delivering outstanding quality and service to our clients, providing a unique service safely and efficiently. We have successfully completed projects such as the refurbishment of a Social Club, the conversion of a bungalow to house Antrobus House, Grade II internal refurbishment and upgrade, and the exterior refurbishment of a Regional Training centre.
