Business Details
We are a family-run business based in Caldicot, deeply committed to delivering exceptional flooring solutions. Our owner, Martin, has been immersed in the carpet and flooring trade since 1974, accumulating decades of invaluable practical experience. We take great pride in passing this extensive expertise directly to our clients through honest, professional advice. Kerry, Martin's step-daughter and business partner, joined the company in 2008 to help uphold our high standards. In 2020, Claire joined our team to expertly manage our sales and administration operations. Together, we possess the specialised skills necessary to guide you through our comprehensive flooring options.
Our approach focuses on understanding your specific requirements before providing a transparent starting price. We actively avoid gimmicky sales tactics, preferring instead to offer genuine value and quality products. By maintaining diaries of trusted local fitters, we seamlessly coordinate your installation from start to finish. We consistently take on both large and small jobs across Chepstow, Caldicot, and Magor. Ultimately, our long-standing history and dedicated family team ensure your complete satisfaction with every flooring project.
