What guarantees do you offer for your treatments?
We provide 20-year guarantees on damp proofing and timber treatments, and 10-year guarantees on waterproofing systems. All guarantees are property-bound and transferable with the property.
Are your surveyors qualified?
Our surveyors hold Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) and Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) qualifications, with membership in the Property Care Association.
How do you diagnose damp issues?
We use non-destructive moisture meter surveys combined with visual inspections. This identifies rising damp, penetrating damp, or condensation issues to determine appropriate remedial action.
