Our journey began with Dave (Patch) Roberts, who established the company in Bodorgan, Anglesey, driven by a passion for protecting structures from the ravages of time and the elements. The name Kimberley Gulf, a unique blend of his experiences working in the Kimberley diamond mines in South Africa and his adventurous return voyage sailing home via the Gulf Stream, reflects his visionary spirit and the company's enduring legacy.

Over the years, Kimberley Gulf has evolved and expanded, mirroring the ever-changing needs of the building industry. Martin Ellis acquired the company in 1988, marking a new chapter in its growth. Under his leadership, Kimberley Gulf flourished, establishing its headquarters in Caernarfon and expanding its service offerings. Key members of our current team, Peter Roberts and Gareth Ellis, joined during this period, bringing their expertise and dedication to shaping the company's future. In 2004, we relocated to Peblig Mill, Caernarfon, a testament to our ongoing success.

Today, Kimberley Gulf Limited continues to thrive under the stewardship of Peter Roberts and Gareth Ellis. In 2021, we moved to our current state-of-the-art premises in Parc Menai, Bangor, further solidifying our commitment to innovation and providing the highest level of service to our valued clients.
