EICR - Electrical Installation Condition Report

Jeff Borkett Electrical Services is an NICEIC-approved contractor, and we have been conducting EICRs for landlords and new buyers for many years. An EICR is a report that summarizes the overall condition of the electrical installation in a property. The report includes a visual inspection and fixed wiring tests to determine the condition of the fixed wiring and to identify any faults or electrical damage.

EICR Pricing

As a guideline, our prices for an EICR are as follows:

• 1-bedroom flat: 120
• 2-bedroom flat: 140
• 3-bedroom flat: 165
• 1-2 bedroom house: 150-180
• 3-4 bedroom house: 200-250
• 5-bedroom or larger house: 300 or more
