ASAP Plumbing and Heating

Established in 1995 by Sean Pleasants, we have dedicated over 25 years to serving the North East with exceptional plumbing and heating solutions. Our founder's journey began with a four-year advanced craft apprenticeship under the Government, followed by professional experience in Wiltshire and Australia. This foundation of rigorous training and international exposure informs our approach to every project. We operate on the principle that service quality outlasts price considerations, treating every client with equal commitment regardless of project scale. Our team combines decades of collective expertise with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring minimal disruption during installations or repairs.

From boiler servicing to full bathroom renovations, we maintain guaranteed standards while prioritising clear communication throughout each engagement. The business has grown organically since its inception, maintaining a reputation built on reliability and technical excellence. Our comprehensive service portfolio covers all aspects of domestic plumbing systems, heating infrastructure, and specialist installations. Customer satisfaction remains our ultimate benchmark, evidenced by our policy of not concluding any job until clients express complete satisfaction.
