Our Current Developments
We currently have several developments underway, including a development of 5 two, three, and four-bedroom homes in Loxwood, West Sussex, which is coming soon. In East Horsley, we are currently under construction on a small private cul-de-sac with a 5 bedroomed, 5 bathroom detached executive home with integral garage and driveway parking to the front and landscaped garden to the rear. We also have a development of 5 contemporary 3/4 bedroom townhouses in Guildford, with off-street parking and southerly facing rear gardens, which is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.

At Mattwell Homes, we are always looking to acquire additional land suitable for residential development. We are happy to look at sites with or without planning permission; from one for one replacement new builds to multi-unit plots and Brownfield sites.
