At Eco Rend, we are a specialist insulation and render installation company based in Darlington, North East England. With a rich history of 35 years in the construction industry, we have built a strong network of industry contacts and a wealth of experience that enables us to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Our team, led by Director Steve Elliott, who has over 25 years of experience in commercial management of construction projects, has been involved in the external wall insulation and render industry for the last 15 years. This expertise, combined with our extensive network of industry contacts, allows us to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.

We offer a wide range of services including the supply and installation of insulation and render, render only and cladding systems. Our expertise extends to providing advice on value engineering, budget pricing, feasibility, detailing and design of EWI and render projects. We can also undertake a range of projects from large domestic refurbishment to commercial new build schemes in the North East, North West and Yorkshire regions.

Our Services

We supply and install most of the popular insulated and render only systems available in the UK. We also supply and install cladding finishes such as timber, weatherboard, stone and coloured cladding panels. Our services include:

In addition to these, we can provide QS consultancy services and CAD drawing services using our extensive industry knowledge to help you plan, fund, price and design your projects.

Steve Elliott, Director - Steve has been involved in commercial management of construction projects for the last 25 years, with the last 15 years spent working in the external wall insulation and render industry.
