At Russell Cawberry Limited, we are a privately-owned construction main contractor based in Cheam, Surrey, just 10 miles from Central London. With over 35 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a reputable and reliable partner for a range of clients across various sectors. Our core focus is on refurbishment and remodelling of live operational sites, including specialist research labs, and our work takes us throughout London and the South East.

In the healthcare sector, we have extensive experience in refurbishing operational sites, including ITUs, emergency departments, MRI and CT scanning facilities, theatres, and ward refurbishments. Latest Projects

We have had the privilege of working on various projects, including:

• Ardingly College | Woodlands Day House: The phased refurbishment of the Woodlands Day House at Ardingly College aimed to make the two buildings more welcoming and to renew the services they provide.
• Imperial College | Royal College of Science: The redevelopment of the Royal College of Science at Imperial College involved the formation of two large multifunctional laboratories with extensive state-of-the-art AV, new ventilation, electrical supplies, and exposed ceilings.
• Imperial College | Gormley Statue: We carried out extensive ground works to support the new Gormley sculpture, made by one of the UK's most celebrated artists, Anthony Gormley.
