With two branches in Otford and Ashford, Kent, we pride ourselves on providing a personal service to our customers, from the largest national contractors to DIY enthusiasts.
Our Story
Our journey began over five decades ago, when our founders recognised the need for a builders' merchant that could provide a tailored service to its customers. Today, we have over 2,000 products in stock, sourced from major manufacturers and suppliers, and are members of the National Buying Group, the UK's largest building materials buying consortium.
Our Services
At OBM, we offer a range of services designed to make it easier for our customers to do business with us. Our OBM Estimating Service is powered by HBXL and offers customers an estimating and take-off service. Our team will review your plans and undertake all estimating of the costs and quantities involved with your project. We'll even upload your plans using our drag-and-drop uploader and send you a no-obligation quote within one working day.
We also offer a Credit Account Application, allowing our trade customers to open an account and receive a 10% discount on their first ex-stock order. Our credit account application is designed to be simple and straightforward, with no hidden costs or fees.
