Our Projects

Our projects range from new builds, such as our own 1.5M Boxmoor Village development scheme, to bespoke commissioned homes for private clients. We have also completed purpose-built office developments, new school buildings, and a range of conservation and renovation projects.

One of our notable projects includes a new cottage in Burbage, Leicestershire, which achieved a Code 6 Sustainable Home rating. This development combined renewable energy sources, water harvesting, off-site fabrication, green roofs, and future-proof design adaptability.

We have also successfully completed a conversion from offices to apartments of the listed Grade 2* 78 Dean Street in Soho, London. This required careful co-ordination and negotiation in order to satisfy both English Heritage and the conditions governing Building Control.
