Established in 2008 by Rob Hall and Colin Moors, our company has been synonymous with creating individually designed, high-quality homes across West Sussex and Hampshire. Since its inception, the company has developed a team of professionals who can create inspirational family homes. This includes designers, technicians, craftsmen, builders, and landscape designers. Under Rob's leadership, the team is passionate about creating individual homes of great character and quality, ensuring that they exceed the expectations of their new owners.

Our Story

Our story begins with the two co-owners, Rob Hall and Colin Moors, who founded the company in 2008. Between 2008 and 2020, the co-owners, along with their team, created many fine quality individually designed homes across West Sussex and Hampshire, primarily focused in what is now the South Downs National Park, plus Chichester and its most favored coastal villages. In 2020, Colin retired, and Rob took on direct control and management of all aspects of the business.

Rob is an airline pilot by profession, but has also held several senior executive positions in British Airways. Rob has significant knowledge of the local market and has built up an extensive list of relationships with relevant providers, agencies, and manufacturers, including working with organizations such as the South Downs National Park and local authorities including Chichester and East Hants District Councils.

Under Rob's leadership, the team is comprised of a group of professionals who can create inspirational family homes. The core team of professional tradespeople have now been with the business for over ten years and continue to provide outstanding levels of craftsmanship and attention to detail to create some of the finest houses in the area.

Each site is carefully selected to offer all the benefits of rural living in desirable villages, providing good local facilities and excellent communication links. Each house design takes into account the site layout, whilst retaining some key features, which have become the signature of our company.

We use only the best materials and finish each property to exacting standards. Most properties include oak-framed sections, creating dramatic double-height spaces, which provide lots of natural light. All of our homes are designed with open-plan layouts, supporting a modern style of living.

In addition to building our own individual projects, we are now offering an individual bespoke service. If you have dreams of building your own home but don't really know where to start, then come to us for help. We can assist and manage every aspect of the whole process to include:
