Our Team

Our company is run by its two founding directors, Nick Wright and Dom Greeves, who between them have a wealth of experience in the property development, design, and construction industries. Nick has over 20 years of experience in the property industry, having worked for international surveying firms and leading a Yorkshire-based family-run business. Dom has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked on a variety of major construction projects, including high-end residential schemes and large-scale commercial developments.

New Developments

We have several exciting new developments currently underway, showcasing our commitment to innovative design and exceptional quality. Meadow Croft, located in Camblesforth, Selby, is a beautifully crafted development of five individually designed four-bedroom detached homes, each with its own double garage and situated within a private landscaped setting.

Our Team Members

Meet the talented individuals who make up our team. Our site manager, Simon Biggs, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked on some of the most prestigious new builds in Yorkshire and Oxfordshire. Our site supervisor, Hugo Burns-Danforth, is a recent graduate of Leeds College of Building and is currently completing a Level 4 day-release Construction Site Supervisor course. Aileen and Amanda support our marketing and administration functions, ensuring seamless coordination and success of our operations.
