As a qualified carpenter, Dave OsborneBrown brings specialised trade knowledge and a deep understanding of construction principles to every project. We established DJB Construction South Ltd in 2000 in Southampton and moved the business to Winchester in 2004, building a solid local reputation. Our office in Eastleigh is staffed Monday to Friday by a dedicated administrator who is available by phone or email to support clients and maintain smooth project flow. We manage projects from initial design through to completion, offering peace of mind by overseeing progress, coordinating trades and addressing queries promptly. All quotations are fixed at contract signing, with no price changes during the works, and any additional work is agreed and priced before commencement. We require an agreed deposit at the start, followed by fortnightly staged invoices payable within five working days, ensuring transparent and reliable financial management.
