Business Details
We have proudly operated our working partnership since taking over the business in May 2008, building upon a foundation of arboricultural excellence. Our director, Alan Garnham, has been immersed in the timber trade since 1978, bringing decades of specialised knowledge to every project we undertake across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire. We ensure our entire team is fully trained and certificated for all machinery operations, alongside holding essential first aid and aerial rescue qualifications. To guarantee absolute safety and reliability, we rigorously inspect all our equipment every six months under LOLER regulations. Every assignment we commence begins with a comprehensive risk assessment, protecting not only our personnel but also the general public and surrounding properties. We maintain full public and employee liability insurance cover of ten million pounds, providing our clients with complete peace of mind.
As an environmentally responsible entity, we are officially registered under the Control of Pollution Act with the Environment Agency for proper waste disposal. When working near water, we utilise wildlife-safe fuels and oils while mandating life jackets for our staff. We confidently offer complimentary estimates and professional advice, firmly believing our competitive pricing stands up to any second quote. We are deeply committed to preserving the natural landscape, working closely with regional tree preservation officers regarding conservation areas and Tree Preservation Orders. We willingly manage and submit all necessary permission paperwork at no additional charge to our clients. We consistently strive to deliver expert tree surgery at affordable prices whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
