Traditional lime mortar pointing prevents damp issues by allowing buildings to breathe. This flexible solution suits period properties and conservation projects, avoiding the damaging effects of cement-based alternatives in Fife's historic structures.
Chimney Rebuilding
Specialist chimney rebuilding services restore damaged stacks using appropriate materials. We handle structural repairs and complete reconstructions for domestic and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with heritage requirements across Scotland.
Stone Cleaning
Advanced DOFF steam cleaning removes algae, grime, and paint without damaging stone surfaces. This non-abrasive method suits listed buildings and delicate stonework, restoring original appearances while preserving material integrity.
Lime Rendering
Lime rendering creates breathable, flexible surface finishes that prevent cracking. Ideal for period properties, this service addresses damp problems caused by modern cement renders while maintaining historical accuracy in Scottish buildings.
