Devonshire Thermal Insulations was founded in 1991 by Managing Director John Dodd and Company Secretary Melanie Dodd. The company has been based at 84 Derby Road in Birkenhead for over 20 years and will be celebrating 25 years of trading in 2016. Since its inception, Devonshire Thermal has expanded to new premises, a small employ of staff, and a fleet of vehicles. Having sheet metal fabrication facilities is another addition to our ever-growing success. 25 years of trading has shown a track record of unrivaled professionalism, which has led us to nationwide and international jobs.

Our Services

Devonshire Thermal Insulation uses current technology and installation methods to provide cost-effective solutions for industrial/commercial insulation projects. We fabricate all our own mats, Valve Boxes, H&V Casings to the highest standards. Our services include Project Management and Oversight, Insulation and Sheet Metal Installation, Insulation/Sheet Metal Fabrication, Custom Sewn Insulation Covers, H&V Pipe and duct covering, Internal and External Scaffolding, and Employment & Training. We employ an experienced staff of estimating/engineering, warehousing, field, and other support personnel. Superior field supervision is supported by a conscientious office staff, assuring a successful project.

We have adopted a comprehensive safety manual and are responsible for training, implementing, and enforcing safe work practices for all field and shop employees. Fabrication

Following engineers' specifications and using the highest quality materials, Devonshire Thermal Insulation fabricates and installs insulation for hot and cold applications. Fabricated insulation systems are provided for precipitators, turbines, boilers, piping, valves, and other industrial and commercial projects.
