At Milton and Swan, we are a small but dedicated team of plumbers, passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. Our journey began in 2010, when Kate and Laura, the founders, renovated a stables block into a modern open-plan apartment. Inspired by the experience, they set out to gain the necessary qualifications and gain hands-on experience to pursue a career in the refurbishment and renovation industry.

Our guiding principle is simple - to provide a level of service that we would expect ourselves as customers. With Milton and Swan, you can rest assured that our work is fully insured and complies with UK Water & Building Regulations. We also provide a guarantee for our work, which is valid for 12 months from the date of completion.

Our Plumbing Services

We offer a comprehensive range of general plumbing and repair services, from small jobs like repairing a leaky tap to bathroom suite installations. Our services include:

• Plumbing in sinks, showers, baths, and toilets
• Changing or repairing taps, including outside taps
• Pipe work for bathrooms and kitchens
• Appliance installations, such as washing machines or dishwashers
• Re-sealing around baths, sinks, and shower trays
• Repairing the flush on toilets
• Installation of shower pumps
• Tiling services for bathrooms and kitchens

Pricing

Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with a call-out charge of 60 for the first hour, followed by 35 per hour thereafter. We also offer a full-day rate of 280. For emergency call-outs between 8 pm and 8 am, or on Sundays or bank holidays, the call-out charge is 100, with an hourly rate of 50 thereafter.
