We also specialize in custom-designed one-off homes, as well as small-scale housing projects and barn conversions. We are always pleased to meet clients to discuss their requirements, and we don't charge clients for a local consultation. For your peace of mind, our practice is covered by professional indemnity insurance from a leading UK insurance company. We have close and long-established contacts with planning consultants and structural engineers should they be required to assist with your project.

• Westwinds: An alterations and extension project to an existing house to form a contemporary home with extensive views towards Woolacombe beach.

• Rooftops: A conversion of roof space of an existing bungalow to form additional accommodation, together with extension internal alterations in a contemporary style.

• Beggars Roost: A family home in Croyde, 'cosy' but contemporary in its concept. A very high specification house, with a beautiful feature Oak interior.

• Ryedale Lodge: A hi-tech, beach-style and contemporary home in Woolacombe. A bright and light family home that maximizes the beautiful rural, beach, and sea views.

• 31 South Park: A garden room extension to a 1960's home in Braunton. The extension provides a light, bright family living space that now allows daily living to relate directly to the beautiful garden.
