Our current Partners have over 25 years combined experience of the local housing market, offering a broad range of property related advice, specialising in surveys and valuations of residential property for private clients and mortgage lenders.
Our highly trained and experienced Partners are RICS Registered Valuers and have always worked in the same relatively small geographical area, giving us unrivalled local knowledge of the residential property market. - Valuations: We provide valuations for a variety of purposes, including probate, matrimonial, shared ownership, and taxation. Our computerised database and local knowledge allow us to confidently provide retrospective valuations.
- Retrospective Expert Witness: We can act as expert witnesses in court, providing retrospective valuations and expert advice on property-related matters.
- Probate and Matrimonial Valuations: We provide valuations for probate and matrimonial purposes, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and reliable valuations.

Meet the Partners
Our Partners, Daniel Martin and Elizabeth Martin, are both highly qualified and experienced surveyors. Daniel was born in Furneux Pelham and has lived in the area for most of his life. Elizabeth is a qualified surveyor with a PGDipCHE MRICS. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clients.
