Business Details
We are a family-run building and roofing business based in Petworth, West Sussex, with over 16 years of operational experience in the construction industry. Our proprietor, Andrew Kent, began his career in construction at the age of 16, spending 10 years training under his grandfather, who ran a successful building business for 50 years, to build deep, practical expertise across all construction disciplines. We are a fully qualified, fully insured team, registered with Checkatrade, and hold an unrivalled reputation for professionalism, exceptional workmanship, and client-focused service across the South East. We offer a comprehensive range of building and roofing services, delivered from initial groundwork through to final project completion, with 100% commitment to every project we undertake. Our service area covers a 40-mile radius from our Petworth base, including Bognor Regis, Brighton, Chichester, East Grinstead, Guildford, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Littlehampton, Midhurst, Petersfield, Portsmouth, Worthing and surrounding locales. We provide free, no-obligation site visits and standard quotations for all prospective projects, with no hidden costs or pressure to proceed.
We offer special discounted rates for older people, as well as local heroes including paramedics, police officers, nursing staff and veterans, with flexibility to extend discounts to other eligible groups on request. Our team includes Andrews brother Glenn, and we ensure a senior member of our team is on site and accessible at all times to facilitate as much client input as desired throughout the project lifecycle. We specialise in high-quality brick and blockwork, alongside full building services including extensions, new builds, orangery construction, outhouse builds, conservatories and paving. Our roofing services cover GRP roofs, lead work, felting and re-felting, full re-roofing projects and general roof repairs, while our carpentry and joinery services cater to all interior and external requirements. We also deliver internal services including kitchen and bathroom installation, plumbing, tiling, floor laying, and painting and decorating, to provide a complete end-to-end solution for all client construction needs. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, to make payment as straightforward as possible for our clients.
