Who We Are

At OCCA Design Studio, we're a passionate team of architectural and interior designers, creatives, buyers, and procurement experts dedicated to crafting memorable experiences through our work. Founded in 2003 by Kate Mooney, our vision is to develop a team of multi-disciplinary creatives with a passion for hotel design and innovation. Over the years, we've built a reputation for using creativity and technology to deliver beautiful projects across a portfolio of global hotel, residential, and commercial projects.

Our Story

Originally established as a small architectural and interior design consultancy, we started with just four designers working on our first big project, the IHG Crowne Plaza hotel in London Docklands. Our founder, Kate Mooney, had a rich background in hotel design, operations, and procurement, and her ambition was to develop a team of multi-disciplinary creatives who would deliver transformative projects that positively impacted clients and their guests, families, and firms.

Since then, we've embarked on an exciting journey, continually evolving our business and services in response to our clients' developments and the rapidly changing world of interior design. We dare to disrupt and challenge the status quo, leveraging creativity and technology to deliver beautiful projects that make a positive difference.

FF&E Procurement

Our independent FF&E procurement team is dedicated to delivering highly effective FF&E procurement and turnkey solutions for your hotel, residential, and workplace projects. With decades of experience, we successfully source, procure, ship, and install FF&E and OS&E products on projects worldwide. Leveraging our international supply chain and global logistics partners, we maximize your capital investment.
