As members of the Independent Buyers Association (IBA), we have access to a nationwide network of electrical wholesalers, allowing us to offer a vast range of products and stock, both common and obscure. Established in 1993, the IBA is one of the most respected buying groups in the UK, made up of over 80 electrical wholesalers, including Worthington & Jones.

Our Products

We offer a wide range of interior and exterior lighting options, including LED lighting, security lighting, and decorative lighting. Our CCTV systems are designed to provide superior surveillance and monitoring capabilities, and our industrial control equipment includes a range of motors, drives, and control gear. Our ventilation and heating equipment includes a range of commercial and domestic heaters, fans, and ventilation systems, as well as air conditioning units, chillers, and heat pumps.

Our networking and data cabling products include a wide range of cables, connectors, and networking equipment, while our security and fire detection systems include smoke detectors, fire alarms, and intruder alarms. We also offer a range of electrical accessories, including fuses, circuit breakers, switches, and connectors.

Our Team

At Worthington & Jones, we believe that our team is our greatest asset. Our experienced and knowledgeable team includes Mark Powell, our Managing Director, and Lauren Powell, our Accounts Manager. We also have a Finance Director, Lucinda Wilson, and four branch managers, each with their unique expertise and experience. Our Wrexham branch manager, David Davies, is also our Marketing and Promotion Manager, while our Prestatyn branch manager, Alwyn Ellis, is our Exports Manager. Our Old Colwyn branch manager, Paul Galston, is our Exports Assistant Manager, and our Whitchurch branch manager, Robert Scanlan, is our System Administrator.
