Our concept design phase begins with client consultations to understand project requirements and aspirations. We create initial sketches and 3D visuals to explore design possibilities, ensuring alignment with your vision and budget. This stage establishes the foundation for successful project development.
Feasibility Studies
We conduct detailed feasibility studies to assess project practicality, considering site constraints, budget parameters, and regulatory requirements. Our analysis helps identify potential challenges and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making before advancing to detailed design stages.
Construction Documents
We produce comprehensive construction documentation including detailed drawings and specifications required for building regulations approval. Our technical documentation ensures clear communication of design intent to contractors and regulatory authorities throughout the construction process.
Contract Administration
Our contract administration services include managing client-contractor agreements, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with construction documents. We provide regular progress reports and quality control assessments throughout the building process.
Design Development
During design development, we refine approved concepts into detailed proposals, specifying materials, dimensions, and technical requirements. This stage ensures accurate cost forecasting and prepares the project for planning permission and construction documentation phases.
