Poor Driving: Curt Smith, Simon Thorne, and Lack all criticized Contour Roofing for their staff's poor driving. Simon Thorne specifically mentioned that one of their workers ignored Covid guidelines and parked illegally, while Lack described the driver as "terrible".
Communication Issues
Simon Thorne also expressed disappointment with the lack of response from the MD after reporting the incident.
