We have extensive experience in the design and construction of new buildings as well as the repair, alteration, and refurbishment of existing ones.

Additionally, we have a wealth of expertise in building conservation, historic buildings, and party wall matters.

Meet the Team

Our team of experts includes Julian Cheasley, a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in party wall matters and building conservation. He holds an Honours degree in building surveying and has a Master's degree in the Conservation of the Historic Environment. Jeff Steel, our Partner in charge of the Winchester office, is also a Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer with extensive experience in the design and construction of new buildings as well as the repair, alteration, and refurbishment of existing ones.
