Our Services

Our installation and refurbishment services involve working with major main contractors in the North West, from working drawings to final installation. Our maintenance teams specialize in draughtproofing, maintenance, and repair works, tailored to individual clients' needs. We also provide planned maintenance service checks, which include sourcing and replacement of special fittings, draughtsealing, and gearing.

Our Expertise

With a team of directly employed and qualified professionals, we possess the expertise to tackle complex projects. Our site teams are trained to the highest industry level, holding qualifications such as CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, First Aid, SSSTS, and Manual Handling. Our Site Supervisors, Managers, and Operatives are certified CSCS card holders with advanced qualifications in health and safety, including IOSH Managing Safely for Contract Managers.

We have had the privilege of working on some of the most prestigious buildings in the North West, including the Royal Liver Building, the Art Deco Midland Hotel at Morecambe, Port of Liverpool Building, and Cunard Building. Our expertise extends to new build projects, and we take pride in our high standards of Health & Safety, accredited by CHAS, Safecontractor, Contractorplus, and SMAS.
