Business Details
We are a RIBA chartered architectural and interior design practice established in Cheshire in 2012 by Derry Vaughan Edwards, following her eight years as an associate at award-winning Stedman Blower Architects. With over a decade of experience, we specialise in new build residential projects, house extensions, Passivhaus designs, and commercial developments across Cheshire, Knutsford, Warrington, Wilmslow, and the North West. Our team combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver architecture that respects its context while embracing modern functionality. We have developed a particular specialism in working with listed buildings, ensuring sensitive enhancements that preserve historical character. Sustainability is central to our practice, evidenced by our prototype zero-carbon home and ongoing Passivhaus projects.
We thrive on challenges, transforming site constraints, budgets, and planning requirements into opportunities for innovative design. Our interior design practice, launched in 2020, extends this ethos to create spaces that are both beautiful and deeply functional. We guide clients through every phase of the design process, fostering valued relationships built on trust and transparency. Our team of architects and designers is committed to exceeding client expectations, delivering projects that balance aesthetic ambition with practicality. We maintain an approachable yet professional demeanor, ensuring clients feel supported from initial concept to completion. Testimonials highlight our detailed planning, imaginative vision, and ability to turn complex briefs into realised spaces that garner widespread praise.
