Unsatisfactory Experience
Poor Project Management
The reviewers, Hamid Ali and Ms. Khan, had a disappointing experience with the company, particularly with the owner, Ali Sayed. Hamid Ali's project, which included interior designing, joinery, and kitchen work, was supposed to be completed within a year. However, it took three years to finish, and the cost tripled due to changes and mistakes made by the company.
Lack of Professionalism
Both reviewers criticized the company's professionalism. Hamid Ali discovered that Ali Sayed was not a professional interior designer, and Ms. Khan stated that he is uneducated in his field. Hamid Ali felt stuck with the company due to the 50% deposit he had already paid.
Deceitful Marketing
Hamid Ali also accused the company of using his project to attract more customers by showcasing it on their website and social media without his permission.
Subpar Quality
The quality of the work done by the company was also subpar, according to Hamid Ali. The joinery, kitchen, stairs, and other aspects of the project did not meet the expected standards, despite the high cost.
