Hire Equipment
At Sound 4 Pro Audio, we specialize in the hire of Sound, Lighting, Audio Visual, and Staging Equipment for all types of events. Hire Options
We offer two hire options: Dry Hire and Wet Hire. With Dry Hire, you collect the equipment, use it, and return it to us. With Wet Hire, we deliver, set up, and operate the equipment for you. We also offer additional services such as sound and lighting design, operation, and technical support to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Order Fulfillment Issues
The customer who left a 1-star review had a poor experience with Sound 4 Pro Audio regarding the delivery of a P.A system. The order was placed in June 2023, but the customer did not receive the complete system until September 2023, with multiple excuses from Richard and no tracking information provided.
Lack of Communication and Deception
The customer was misled about the delivery status, with Richard saying the system was en route when it wasn't. Additionally, the customer was not provided with tracking information, and Richard only accepted BACS transfer, despite claiming to accept credit or debit card payments.
Unfulfilled Order and Unresponsive Seller
The customer did not receive the complete order, including dollies, and Richard failed to respond to multiple messages. The customer had to report the issue to trading standards and has not heard back from Richard as of January 2024.
