Poor Quality Work and Customer Service
Unsatisfactory Experiences
Two customers, Lucy Sugden and Antonio'S. Reviews Antonio, have shared their disappointing experiences with a flooring company. Both reviewers have expressed frustration and disappointment with the quality of work and communication from the company.
Workmanship Issues
According to the reviewers, the company's workmanship is subpar, with Lucy mentioning that her housebuilder had to assign an independent flooring contractor to fix the errors made by the company. Antonio also stated that the finishing in his two bathrooms was bad, specifically mentioning issues with the corners.
Poor Communication
Communication appears to be a significant issue with the company. Lucy mentioned "terrible communication" in her review, while Antonio was shocked by the response he received from the company's director.
Additional Issues
Antonio also mentioned that the company failed to install a coir mat at his door, despite agreeing to do so initially. When he requested the mat, the company quoted him an additional 120 plus VAT, which he deemed unacceptable.
