Luxury Hospitality Projects

• The Barcelona Edition: We worked with Marriott International Hotels & Resorts to convert a 1970s office block into a 100-key luxury hotel. The project featured rooftop pool, guestrooms, suites, penthouses, restaurants, bars, and a cabaret supper club.
• The Abu Dhabi Edition: Located at Al Bateem Marina, this 198-key hotel featured a rooftop pool, guestrooms, suites, and a night club. The project was completed in collaboration with Marriott International Hotels & Resorts and featured several food and beverage offerings.
• The Bodrum Edition: This new-build development on the Turkish coast featured a 108-key full-service hotel with guestrooms, suites, villas, and a beach club.

Residential Project

• Larkholme: Located on the east coast of the Moray Firth, this residential project involved the restoration of an old fisherman's cottage in the heart of a conservation area. We worked closely with the client to ensure that the project met the conservation area guidelines and preserved the original character of the property.
