Meet the Team
Ben Pull, Managing Director: With a passion for electrical work since his apprenticeship in 2002, Ben has worked his way up the ranks, taking on leadership roles, including Managing Director. His dedication to quality and innovation has been instrumental in driving the company's continued success.
Kevin Gower, Finance Manager/Company Secretary: With a wealth of experience in finance, Kevin has been an invaluable asset to the company, overseeing financial affairs and serving as Office Manager for our Ashford office.
John Stansfield, Non-Exec Director: John's impressive 30-year tenure in finance has provided invaluable guidance and support to senior management, contributing to the company's strategic direction and success.

Overall Experience
The reviewers' overall experience with the company was extremely negative, with both authors giving a 1-star rating and expressing strong dissatisfaction with their time at the company.
Issues with Management
One of the primary concerns raised by the reviewers was the poor management style of the company. Rachel Fox mentioned that the management was "too full of themselves" and that she always felt intimidated, creating a hostile work environment. The only exception was George, the previous owner, who was pleasant and courteous.
Lack of Transparency and Clear Expectations
Rachel Fox also highlighted the lack of transparency and clear expectations during the hiring process. She was not informed about her invoicing responsibilities during the interview, which led to her termination. This lack of communication and clarity created unnecessary confusion and frustration.
Poor Quality of Work
James Leadbetter-Brown's review focused on the contractor's work quality, stating that 90% of the work required rechecking and re-doing. This suggests a significant lack of attention to detail and a failure to meet basic standards.
