Disappointment and Frustration with Customer Service
Both reviewers expressed their disappointment and frustration with the customer service provided by Taw Wharf. Zach Smith gave the company 2 stars, stating that although he loves his house, the customer support is non-existent. He complained about the lack of response to his snagging issues, with the company taking at least 2 weeks to respond to emails. Nick Salter was even more scathing, giving the company 1 star and describing his purchase as "the biggest mistake of my life". He criticized the negative quality and professionalism of the company.
Lack of Accountability and Unresponsive Communication
Both reviewers felt that the company was unresponsive to their concerns, with Zach Smith complaining that the company was trying to wriggle out of fixing his snagging issues by claiming they were outside of the warranty period. Nick Salter also mentioned the lack of accountability, stating that the company did not take responsibility for the poor quality of their homes.
No Redress for Homebuyers
The reviews suggest that homebuyers have little redress if they experience problems with their new homes. Both reviewers felt that they were left high and dry, with no one to turn to for help.
