Our Process
At Leicester Cobble Imprinted Paving Systems, we follow a meticulous process to ensure a high-quality finished product:
*STEP 1.* Excavation and Preparation: We clear and excavate the location of your driveway, prepare the area for concrete pouring, and level the aggregate before laying the shuttering and positioning drainage.
*STEP 2.* Concrete Pouring and Printing: We pour four inches of ready-mixed fibre-reinforced concrete, apply your selected colour hardener, and imprint the surface of the concrete to create the desired pattern using rubber mats.
*STEP 3.* Drying and Expansion Joints: After the printed concrete has dried completely, we remove the shuttering, cut expansion joints, wash the driveway, and apply colour-matched silicone.
*STEP 4.* Sealant Application: We apply a slip-resistant sealant containing a protective agent to enhance the colour and protect the surface.
