Our History
AWS were formed in 1992 and quickly established themselves as a major force in the industrial, office and leisure markets, putting into effect their considerable experience in respect to the development, agency, and investment fields, coupled with a strong base in property management. Our aim is to produce a cost-effective and successful outcome for all our clients.

Our Office Department are an informed, efficient and effective team with over 25 years of experience. Our Industrial Department are informed, efficient and effective with nearly 30 years of experience in Development and Agency. For 18 years, AWS has provided a comprehensive retail property advisory service both on and off the High Street. Our Investment team regards the Investment Agency function as an integral part of being able to provide clients with a complete property service. The Property Management department of AWS is currently retained by over 60 clients across all sectors. We also provide Commercial Property Valuations and Professional Services to a variety of clients on all types of commercial property.
